Tracy is the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, and a member of the Operations Team. She joined the family at The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa one week before the grand opening of the spa in 2001. As executive assistant to the then vice president and general manager, Tracy was responsible for maintaining day-to-day office operations, as well as the top line contact for guest service issues.

Tracy earned her Certified Hospitality Supervisor recognition in 2001, and is an instructor in the Certified Hospitality Supervisors program of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute. Tracy serves the culture, both at the resort and as a member of the Sammons Culture Team.

She earned a bachelor's of arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
