From his initial position as a carpet and tile Technician in 1993 to his current position as Executive Engineering Manager, Ron has been involved with the renovations and product reinventions throughout the resort. In 2001, he was promoted to Engineering Manager. Shortly after before earning his Certified Hospitality Supervisor certification from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute, Ron was promoted to Assistant Chief Engineer. In May of 2003, he was promoted to the position of Executive Engineering Manager.
