Linda Newman is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Sammons Enterprises, Inc. As General Counsel, Linda supports the Sammons Executive Committee and Independent Directors in the execution of their duties. She is responsible for governance issues, and has responsibility to provide legal advice to Sammons business units. Linda joined Sammons with more than 30 years of legal experience which includes strong negotiating skills with expertise in regulated financial industries, private banking, corporate and securities law and contracts.
