Jeffrey A. Piccirillo, CEC, CFBE Executive Director of Food and Beverage With 20 years of service to the Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa, Jeffrey A. Piccirillo has illustrated dedication and commitment in his numerous positions in the Food & Beverage department. Jeff began his career with the resort in 1987 and has moved up through the ranks to the position of Executive Director of Food & Beverage. Jeff began his career in the position of line cook on the Sunset Terrace. His talent quickly led to his promotion as Chef de Cuisine for the Terrace. Upon completion of the Vanderbilt Wing in 1988, Jeff was assigned to the opening of the Blue Ridge Dining Room as Chef de Cuisine, which led to his promotion as Chef Tournant in 1990. In 1991 he became Executive Sous Chef, a position he held until 1995 when he was named the Executive Chef of the resort.
Jeff is an active member of the American Culinary Federation, and is recognized as a Certified Executive Chef; he is also a member of the NC Restaurant Association, and is a Certified Food & Beverage Executive with the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
