Jaime Huffman joined The Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa family in 2001 after receiving her master's degree in health policy and administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She helped prepare the spa for its grand opening in her role as Spa Shift Supervisor. Jaime served as Spa Manager of Professional Services for two years before being promoted to her current position as Executive Spa Director in 2004. Jaime’s innovative approach has positioned The Spa at The Grove Park Inn as one of the most highly ranked resort spas in North America.

Jaime holds a National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is certified by the American Institute for Preventive Medicine in Systematic Stress Management Training, and is certified in Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Perinatal Massage, Reflexology and as a Reiki Master-Teacher. Jaime is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the International Spa Professionals Association (ISPA). She serves on the Spa Advisory Committee of Asheville-Buncombe Technical College and is an instructor in the Certified Hospitality Supervisors program of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
