SRI seeks joint venture real estate investments contributing from $1 - $5 million in equity, when leveraged, total costs range from $5 - $25 million. SRI Ventures is not geographically constrained within the continental United States and considers investments in virtually every asset class of real estate. These classes include, but are not limited to: office, retail, industrial, mini-warehouse, multi-family, hospitality, and residential including condominiums and community development.
